Here is the Caminito alley, located at La Boca neighbourhood - famous for inspiring the Tango music. In these alleys, we also bought souvenirs for home.
Favorite drink of the locals call "MATE" - infusion teas drank from locally made pumpkin cannisters.
I love the streets of this city, it's very clean and orderly ... ahead you will see the landmark of the city - OBELISCO DE BUENOS AIRES located at the main square Plaza de Republica.
I don't know what this is, but it looks abit like the Gardens by the Bay landmark in Singapore.
The nice houses here at the City, wondering how much something like this will cost. ...
.... and here we are at the SHOPPING STREET of SANTA FE AVENUE :)) Yay !!
After walking up and down on Santa Fe, we headed to FLORIDA shopping street next ...
More shopping galleries, and the biggest mall in the city is located on this street ...
A good sign of a shopaholic ... is when the weather is pouring ....
People carrying brollies, streets are drenched ... everywhere is just grey and dark ...
You're still shopping ... your focus is on the SHOPPING MALL signage ahead of you ...
The glorious sight of inside the PACIFICO MALL ...
It was for me, a great shopping experience at Buenos Aires. A nice young gentleman even helped us with the maps and directions. However, it would really help if you can speak some basic Spanish as not all of the locals will speak English with you (at least that's my experience). This city certainly rocks, and I wished I had more time to explore outside the city. I was told there is a great outlet shopping area by taking the subway "SUBTE" to the PALERMO suburb area but too bad there was just insufficient time to this.
